Audit report of providers to accompany billing report

We invoice based on a file from engineering that identifies part-time and full-time providers, but Finance is only given totals, the customer always disputes invoices and wants to see the names of the providers in each category (P/T, F/T)

For audit we need a report listing all providers each month in each category,
